Mary was introduced to the health benefits of massage personally when she suffered an auto accident leaving her with cervical and shoulder damage. In seeking a multi-pronged approach to her own care, she found that massage therapy provided her with tremendous relief by increasing her limited range of motion and decreasing her pain.
