Meet Our Massage Therapists

Eva.jpgEva is a Nationally Certified Massage Therapist, graduating from Lauterstein-Conway Massage School in Austin, Texas; where she completed their advanced program in 2004.

As a young teenager she remembered reading an article about a high level executive who left her stressful job to do massage.  It was a moment of pure joy for Eva as it occurred to her that massage and body work could actually be her job.  She followed her bliss and has felt nothing but gratitude everyday.

“I truly love to get my hands on people!  Massage sessions belong to my clients.  Listening to them and sensing where their bodies are, allows me to focus on their needs and help guide them toward improved wellness.  Deep relaxation is incredibly important; enhancing intense therapeutic massage work, as well as providing its own benefits.  I am so happy to be at Pinecrest Wellness Center and look forward to meeting and working with you!”

Tysha__Head_Shot_.jpgTysha is a licensed massage therapist and instructor in Northern Virginia, along with being a master esthetician.  Graduating from the Arizona College of Massage Therapy in Phoenix AZ in 2004, she is well-trained in multiple bodywork techniques.

“My passion in becoming a therapist is to help people rehabilitate themselves in life…stress, anxiety, injury, depression, and whatever other curve balls life throws at you.  I believe that the body has the ability to heal itself from most things with a little TLC.”

Shiatsu, Swedish, Sports and Injury massage are just some of the tools at her disposal.  She also incorporates Reflexology, Cranial Sacral and Aromatherapy, along with Trigger Point work and Cupping Therapy.

Her experience ranges from high-end resorts and day spas to clinical settings; such as chiropractic offices and wellness centers.  She has a passion for knowledge and strives to learn and teach new things every day.
